I never understood why they made classic sonic such a lighter shade of blue, I know it was to differentiate him from modern, but it sidesteps the point how making him a representation of the 90s sonic if he doesn’t look like 90s sonic

Improved ambient lighting mod is better The lighting reflects off the grass and onto Sonic just like Unleashed does In this video his gloves and socks are obviously too bright white to look natural, let alone realistic in anyway in this mod or the Base Game I’ll record my own video to show what I mean

The spin attack looks better without the light bloom on it

Wow, took me a sec to realise this, but the modern model is based on his Secret Rings/Black Knight design. Kinda looks like the Team Sonic Racing model in the thumbnail though. Also, seeing the Classic model really makes me notice the raised top quill. Raising it for Sonic x Shadow Generations was a good call.

Really digging theses designs especially modern Sonic, reminds me alot of the 06 model which is my favorite version of modern Sonic

I feel like they should’ve done this for Sonic X Shadow generations, it fits in very well!

Modern Sonic looks great, but that Classic Sonic update is the best part for me. His original 3D design is pretty good, but his colors, expressions, and basically everything else are PERFECT.

Modern Sonic reminds me a bit of the Secret Rings design.
